Warranty Policy

Rebuilt parts (90) days, new parts (120) days. Disclaimer-Warranty does not cover cost of removal, installation, or labor. There is no warranty, guaranty, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to services performed by Buyspareparts LLC parts. During warranty period, Buyspareparts LLC makes no guaranty on existing or other parts not sold by Buyspareparts LLC or other defective parts not sold by Buyspareparts LLC, no warranty exists and no compensation is available from Buyspareparts LLC parts.

Core Return

Must be returned within (30) days from purchase date for credit.

Parts Return

Parts returned to Buyspareparts LLC are charged (25%) restocking part price fee paid at time of return (electrical items are non-returnable). The goods must be returned in their original packaging, not installed and returned to Buyspareparts LLC within 30 days of delivery. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping/insurance costs.
